When you complete the contact form, we may collect name, email address, institution or organisation, type of collaboration and message text.
Purpose: replying to your request and assessing possible collaborations.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Retention: data are retained for the time necessary to manage correspondence and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last interaction.
The form works through the user’s email client (mailto:): data are not transmitted through Sevalta servers.
IT systems and software procedures may acquire, during normal operation, technical data whose transmission is implicit in internet protocols, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, visited pages and time of visit. These data are used exclusively for technical and security purposes.
The website uses system fonts and embedded/local resources. It does not request fonts from Google Fonts or other external font services.
